Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sim-Lab account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
